I’m not a Parliamentarian and I don’t play one on TV… but I’m pretty sure that “I reclaim my time” is not a valid way to shut up a witness. That, amongst many other things, makes it hard to see this as anything but using #AGBarr as a punching bag for angst against Trump. No matter your politics, this is strange… thoughts?
This was just grand standing. IF they thought they could get barr in a perjury trap they would let him talk. This was sound bite generation for campaign adds.
Agree on the grandstanding. Barr is quite literally the worst. He should have been questioned and allowed to answer to demonstrate that fact.
